Delta Force coordinates building maintenance: raising work orders, dispatching vendors, collecting photographic proof of completion, and recording approvals and payments. It records what happened and when. It does not perform the work and does not supervise the people who do.
An account is for one person. Credentials must not be shared. The account holder is responsible for actions taken under their sign-in, which is why every action is attributed in the timeline.
The platform applies SLA windows, escalates overdue work, and can block a vendor automatically following a failed or unsafe inspection — including stopping their in-flight work orders. These actions are taken by the software on the rules configured for the account.
Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. Vendor payments recorded in the platform are a record of settlement made elsewhere; the platform does not move money between property managers and vendors.
Building records, work orders and proof photographs uploaded to the platform remain the customer’s. The operator stores and processes them to provide the service.
The service is provided as-is. Scheduled background jobs — SLA sweeps and retention purges — depend on the hosting platform’s scheduler and are best-effort rather than guaranteed to run at an exact time.
A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing page. Deleting an account cancels any live subscription immediately; see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does and does not remove.
